Brandy’s Cleaning Service, LLC is committed to delivering high-quality cleaning services. This Refund Policy outlines how refunds, cancellations, and service concerns are handled.
1. Residential Services
All residential services must be paid in full prior to service.
Due to the nature of cleaning services, refunds are not issued once a service has been completed.
If you are not satisfied with any portion of your cleaning, you must notify us within 24 hours of service. We will review the concern and may offer a follow-up visit or correction at our discretion.
Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance.

• Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the estimated service cost.

If our team arrives and is unable to access the property, the full service fee may be charged.
2. Commercial Services
Commercial invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date.
Refunds are not issued for completed services.
If there is a concern regarding service quality, the client must notify us within 24 hours. We will investigate and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include corrective cleaning.
Late payments are subject to a $50 monthly late fee.
3. Airbnb and VRBO Services
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is due upon completion of service.
Deposits are non-refundable, including cancellations made within 72 hours of service.
4. Deposits and Prepayments
Deposits and prepayments secure scheduled time on our calendar and compensate for reserved labor and scheduling commitments.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, deposits are non-refundable.
5. Damages
If damage occurs during service, it must be reported within 24 hours.
We carry liability insurance for accidental damages caused directly by our staff. Pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear is not eligible for reimbursement.
6. Disputes
Clients agree to contact Brandy’s Cleaning Service, LLC directly to resolve any concerns before initiating payment disputes or chargebacks.
Initiating a chargeback without providing the opportunity to address concerns may be considered a breach of agreement.
